Our recurring office cleaning service is designed to maintain a clean, professional environment on a consistent basis. Services are customized based on office size, usage, and cleaning frequency.

Standard recurring service may include:

Dusting desks, work surfaces, and common areas
Vacuuming carpeted areas
Spot-mopping hard floors
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
Breakroom and kitchen cleaning (sinks, counters, appliance exteriors)
High-touch surface disinfection (handles, switches, shared surfaces)
Straightening chairs and shared spaces

Services are adjusted based on office needs and usage.

Restroom & Breakroom Care

Restrooms and breakrooms are cleaned and sanitized as part of standard recurring service, based on office size and usage. These areas receive consistent attention to support hygiene and employee comfort.

Includes:

Toilet, sink, and counter sanitizing
Mirror cleaning
Trash removal
Floor cleaning
Breakroom sinks and counters
Appliance exterior cleaning

Periodic & Add-On Services

Some services are provided on a periodic or as-needed basis and are quoted separately.

Available add-on services include:

Interior glass cleaning
Refrigerator clean-outs
Deep restroom detailing
Baseboards and detail dusting
Vent and high-reach dusting
Supply restocking management (if requested)

Initial Deep Clean

An initial deep clean is recommended before starting recurring service. This allows us to establish baseline standards and ensures consistent results moving forward.

The scope of the deep clean is based on the current condition of the office and will be outlined during the walkthrough.

What We Don’t Offer

To maintain consistent quality and focus, Cornerstone Office Care does not provide:

Residential cleaning services
Same-day or emergency cleaning
Post-construction cleanup
Biohazard or medical waste services

Scheduling & Service Frequency

Most clients choose cleaning one to three times per week. Service frequency is determined during the walkthrough based on office usage and needs.

Available options typically include:

Once per week
Twice per week
Three times per week
